Endless Summer Tanning Salon

Been tanning for yrs and this was by far my most disappointing experience. As I've done for yrs, I do 3 sessions on a basic bed then switch up (for a good deal more $$$) to a more intense bed. After 3 sessions and $65.00 (+) I see no difference in the basic bed. The "bronzing bed was supposed to come with face tanning (bulbs are nonfunctional) and the beds overall bulbs are crap. Stay away from Endless Tan, the staff are sweet and friendly but the beds are worthless. I wish there was an option for a zero star.

I am very disappointed in the customer service for this location. I am new and signed up April 1st for a month of tanning before a vacation. I ended up paying $95 for 10 sessions and spaced the visits out over several weeks. On my last visit, I noticed they have unlimited tanning for a month for $90. I requested to switch over to the unlimited plan on April 24 and tan a few more times before April 30. The young lady was not sure how to do this so I left my number for the manager to call. No call and so I called again April 26 and the person that answered the phone had no idea and said they will have the manager call me. Still no call. They have now lost my business and I will not recommend this place to anyone else. Excellent customer service would have been to share the unlimited plan

I havent been to this salon, but I did call requesting info about teeth whitening product they sell and the young lady was extremely POLITE. She tried to answer my questions and if she didn't know the answer she was honest enough to say I don't know but I can find out. I didn't want to put her through any hassles so I said I'll just come in one day.

Awesome salon - the staff is very sweet and helpful, it’s always clean, and they have a great selection of tanning products!

Very clean and friendly place with great beds and I will continue using this place for all of my tanning needs I would recommend two anyone who is looking to tan this is your place
