1788 Barbershop

My husband usually takes our son here for haircuts and has always said this place was great, very kid-friendly, with attentive barbers who do a nice job. We visited this afternoon, and the atmosphere felt different than expected. We were welcomed as soon as we came in and the place was really cool and clean but there was a lot of cursing and some aggressive conversation happening, I believe this was coming from other customers getting their hair cut rather than the staff, but it didn’t feel especially kid-friendly today, it was pretty uncomfortable. We let our son (he’s 11) explain how he wants his hair cut. He’s very small for his age and prefers to keep his hair longer because it helps him feel and look a bit older. I believe we had a new barber, and I understand there is a learning cur

I couldn’t find a solid barbershop until I came across 1788. It’s always an amazing atmosphere and family friendly vibe. Juliano is attentive and patient, especially with my son which I always appreciate. It's a perfect cut and great experience from start to finish every time. I highly recommend anyone to book/walk-in for an appointment here, especially with Juliano!

Went in as a walk-in and was greeted immediately. Very busy shop 6 of chairs were running and they were all busy for a Friday afternoon after lunch. Didn't have to wait too long before Ryan took me back to his chair. Highly recommend, especially Ryan.

This was my first time getting a cut at 1788 and it was definitely a 5/5 experience. Maggie was awesome - she understood exactly what I wanted (even better than I did) and checked along the way to make sure I was happy with what she was doing (I was, she killed it). Drop fade with a straight razor neck shave - really S-Tier work. Not to mention - she finished this flawless cut while keeping an eye on her adorable toddler girl who was at work with mom over the holiday because daycare was closed - superwoman status unlocked IMO.

1788 Barbershop delivers top-notch service every time I go. The barbers are talented, friendly, and pay close attention to detail, making sure you leave happy. On top of that, the atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and laid-back, making it a great place to relax while getting a haircut. You can tell they care about their customers and their craft. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!
