I don’t like how they charged me an undisclosed shaping fee with a full set. That’s junk add on especially for a basic almond shape This is why I don’t like going to nail salons bc of the hidden prices.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The pedicure, the nail polish application, the overall service, all of it was awful. My cuticles were not properly trimmed even after I asked multiple times, and the acrylic on my big toe was done so poorly it’s honestly embarrassing. Almost $80 for this… This was supposed to be a relaxing moment for me, and it turned into the complete opposite. PS: This is my FIRST TIME EVER leaving a Google review, which should tell you the level of frustration I walked out with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I absolutely love Encore Nails. Michelle, Ken and Denny do fabulous work. My daughter, granddaughter and I get our nails and toes done every month. Best in the area.

If I could have given this place a zero I would have. We came in to get a pedicure and acrylic full set. This pedicures were fine however the guy assigned to my daughter DID NOT know what he was doing. First he did dip powder when I asked for acrylic then he made them so thick it was insane, had to have another person come and shape them all over again. And now it’s been 4 days and they are popping off like they are press on’s. We spend 140 in that place. DO NOT GO HERE!
