The best place to get my hair done! The atmosphere and care they take with my hair is amazing. Kristiana does an amazing job styling my natural hair. At this point the whole family goes here. I love the timeless but updated feel of the salon. The stylist and other clients are always friendly.

I found the salon thru a referral. My first interaction nearly discouraged me because of the terrible customer service. The "receptionist" who received my call hung up on me. So i went in, and asked if the phones were working. Initially, i was a bit annoyed. The receptionist could be detrimental to the wonderful salon. She was unprofessional in our first interaction and it nearly discouraged me from returning. The owner eventually came out and ensured my appt was set. Tchacona was the Stylist and she receives 5 stars 🌟. She was on time, professional, she gave me the proper attention, listened to me, and took the utmost care during my visit. Love love this salon, I have been serviced by many salons and this one is absolutely the best,, the atmosphere, attitude and haircare is what I have been searching for. I truly enjoyed my service at Encore. The stylist were both knowledgeable and professional. The shampoo girls were wonderful and thoughtful. For example they asked was I comfortable in the shampoo bowl and if the water temp was just right for me. The manger walked around and greeted each person with a sincere smile and a good morning. This is definitely a place to come and decompress from a long work day. I did not experience any of the issues mentioned 2/3 yrs ago and I have made an follow up appointment.
