Jillian is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walk into her studio, I feel completely calm and welcomed. It’s such a peaceful, inviting space. She’s so knowledgeable and gentle, and my skin has never looked or felt this good. Every appointment feels like a little reset, and I always leave glowing. Jillian must be magic because you can walk in from the crowded loud crestview center into her room and it’s like stepping into a calm woodland. Idk how she cultivates that vibe but it’s perfect. Her facials and waxing are always great. I love how she will check in on skin goals before starting to tailor the service to what I’m wanting done. Then she checks in periodically to make sure everything feels okay in my face and I’m relaxing comfortably.
