I had a really disappointing experience. The cashier was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for trying to use my 18$ rewards coupon. for some reason it was applying to a 5$ SAS item when it should of been applied to the full priced 16$ soap refill item. and one of my SAS items rung up full priced 18$ and not 75% off. Instead of being helpful the employee acted annoyed and treated me like i was the reason the coupon was not applying correctly. i asked if we could ring the full priced item up separately so the coupon would apply and oh boy was that just way to complicated for her to do. Coupons are a very normal part of shopping here so being made to feel uncomfortable over it was frustrating and unnecessary. Customer service should be friendly and welcoming especially for som

We always get their coupons In the mail and with them and the sales they were running we got $65 worth of products for $30 friendly staff and an open air feel to this store. We have shopped at several of their locations but this one is the one we always come back to.

Jordan and Bree were SO NICE. Cashier was very friendly and they were so helpful while I was looking for specific scents! 10/10!

The new remodel looks great! Love their hand soaps and the coupons you get to shop there. Shopping in person is better than shopping online with them in my experience.
