Empress Nails II Day Spa

Jay was extremely responsive, kind, creative, and made my experience absolutely wonderful. My nails, as you can see, turned out stunning. He worked with very little instruction and gave me exactly what I wanted. I don't recall my service provider that worked on my feet, but she did a phenomenal job with some pretty horrible calluses. My friend Samantha brought me to this place, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Everyone was so kind and considerate. The place was clean, and everything ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine.

This was the best manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been to countless nail salons, but most are overpriced and offer basic services. Here, the pricing is reasonable, service is great,and their work is exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning!

I can’t express how much I love this place. I have been coming here consistently for over three years and I have never been to a better nail salon. They do phenomenal work and I’m always leaving super happy. There is never a request they can’t make happen as they go out of their way to make sure my nails are perfect. The staff provide a super warm and welcoming environment that I am always excited to go back! I can’t recommend this place more!

Absolutely horrible. My friend and I came here on February 3rd. I got acrylics, a full set, and my friend got gel nails, full set. I brought my own color with, a discontinued color. My friend simply wanted black stiletto gel nails. My friend's nails started having issues within 3 days. Polish chipping, nail broke, etc. My nails aren't the color I wanted and brought in. (They swore they couldn't do a no chip with my color, but the other color they had in no chip was "the exact same color". No, it's not.) I've been coming here off and on since I was 20. So over 20 years. I won't be back. The pictures are what my friend's nails looked like. They chipped the first night. They were set on a weird angle and not flat. The edges were jagged and not polished. My nails aren't much better. Though non

I LOVE Empress! My mom and I come here all the time and you really are family! All the staff is incredibly kind, and always remember us! I had a birthday thing here a few years ago, and they still remember me as the birthday girl. I always leave with great nails, and have tried a variety of services over the years. Recently I came here with my young cousins and they were so kind and gentle, and their nails looked so pretty! They also kept the shop open an extra half hour in order to finish all of our nails, and never once rushed! I highly recommend the milk and honey pedicure as well. It’s so relaxing and always leaves my feet feeling so soft. I will always recommend empress nails to anyone who will listen! Amazing services and even better customer service!
