Exceptional Experience with Rency! Rency did an absolutely outstanding job on my teenager’s hair — haircut, color, wash, and style — her very first full-head hair color! He made the entire experience so special and memorable. My daughter left the salon glowing with confidence and happiness. What truly sets Rency apart is not just his incredible skill, but his heart. He treated my daughter as his own, with such patience, care, and respect. As a father of two daughters himself, his kindness and wisdom really shine through. It’s rare these days to meet someone who isn’t motivated by money but by genuine passion and integrity. Rency is a talented stylist and a wonderful human being. Got my hair cut by Rency back in September and it was the first time I have ever left a salon happy with my hair. I had cut my own hair a few months prior so it did not look very good going in and somehow he was able to turn it into the best hair I have ever had. The length and layers are perfect and my hair frames my face so well. Even when I tuck my hair behind my ears I am so happy with how it looks. The customer service was phenomenal as well and the salon was clean and decorated well. Definitely coming back soon for my next hair cut, even though I live three hours away. Highly recommend!!

Like all of us at one time or another I was ready for a new hair stylist. I pulled up Yelp reviews for salons near me and discovered Empire at Fair Oaks mall had some great comments. I immediately headed over and asked if anyone was available to cut my hair. That was my lucky day! Sarah happened to be available and I needed a makeover! Sarah suggested a great new look and spent time explaining how she would angle my hair to best frame my face. She carefully cut my hair making sure everything was even. It was the best cut I’d had in a long time and I got dozens of compliments. I’ve continued to return on a monthly basis and know Sarah will always deliver!
