In this store, there's a young man who doesn't treat customers well. I suggest that if you buy something, be very careful and ask him to give you your receipt because he's very clever and pretends to put it in your bag, but it's a lie. All this because he knows the product you're buying isn't good, and when you want to complain, since you don't have the receipt, they won't give you your money back.

I drove over 50 minutes from Naples because the gentleman behind the counter sold me the wrong phone case size 4 days ago. I work over 100hrs so it was hard to get back to the store due to my work schedule. I finally got to return with the case still fully sealed in the original box, untouched. He inspected it like I had used it, then told me to “go ahead and pick one.” When I asked about the exchange, he suddenly demanded a receipt, even though he was the one who sold it to me. I provided my card info, and he found the purchase in the system, but continued to act rude and dismissive the entire time. When I asked for his name to include in this review, he responded, “What for? That’s none of your business and not important.” This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve experience

Their place is always a disaster. But the girls are and the gentleman behind the register I always very helpful. But I've never bought a product there that I was dissatisfied with. So overall if you got time to dig through that place is a good little treasure.
