I’ve been going to this salon for about two years now, and I have only been slightly disappointed in the results one time. I definitely gave them some grace, as they were very busy that day. The quality is great and the employees are efficient. They do NOT do acrylic nails 💅🏼 …just fyi. Shout out to Rosalia! She does an amazing job!! The first 2 pics were taken 4 weeks after they were originally done. All 10 still intact, just outgrown:) The other 2 pics were taken the day they were done.

One of the best manicures I've ever had from Anusha. I had a gel manicure done after having a full acrylic set removed, and she was so meticulous and patient. I've had acrylics removed too quickly/roughly before, but Anusha took such great care to preserve my natural nails and sweetly let me sample a few colors before I decided on what I wanted. A nightmare! I’ve been a regular well tipping customer for months, and always visit with appointment. Twice in this cold I was turned away and lady available refused to entertain me. Since three days I have been asked to come the next day, and when I call/visit the next day, they ask me to come the next day. Is this a joke? Is this how you respect your customers who schedule ahead of time? The lady pretended not to hear me and hung up. I regret recommending this place to my friends. Such a horrible disrespectful experience three times in a row.

Wow the best place I've been to. I had Rosa and I would definitely recommend her for a pedicure. The massage she gave me was so relaxing that it put me to sleep. She really did amazing when it came to cleaning my feet. Unlike other places, they take their time, and customer service is amazing. This hidden gem is a must visit place. I'll definitely be back!

I've been going to Empire Beauty Spa for a long time and have never been disappointed with the quality of the work and the kindness of the entire staff. Being quite colorblind, I have also greatly appreciated their assistance in choosing fun/cool manicure colors from their plethora of options. Really happy to have them in the neighborhood!
