The quality of the customer service in this place has gone down drastically. The last two times I showed up, the shop opened over 15 minutes late without any notice or explanation. Additionally, my daughter tried to tip her nail tech and she was turned away which left a bad taste in my mouth. I can’t justify supporting a business like this. Very inconsistent.

Very meticulous! Love the attention to detail. Also such a peaceful quiet vibe. So much better than many of the other salons in the neighborhood (Jade, Rainbow etc). Love being able to pay by card/Apple Pay as well. Not for you if you’re looking for acrylic though because they do not offer that.

I am beyond pleased with my experience! The reviews are what encouraged me to visit this place and I have no regrets. I called to make an appointment as suggested but I also came at a time when it was not busy, so walk ins are definitely welcomed. This place opened two yrs ago so it is fairly new considering the pandemic so I encourage everyone to come here. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and the nail techs took their time. My friend came along and got a pedicure with me and it was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the establishment was very clean and the reviews said it best, it is truly a gem in Harlem. Thank you again and I will definitely be back!

honestly the best french manicure i've gotten! my nail tech, sami, paid extreme attention to detail, all of the staff was super nice and it's all highly affordable. they tend to get busy though so best to book an appointment than walk-in!

Got a lovely gel manicure here!! Very clean and efficient and precise. Everyone in the spa was really nice and there was a great vibe. I was seen right away as a walk-in!
