First of all customer service is not welcoming but wasn't thw main issue Ohhh,but then we got the lady masaaging me for 40 mins with no lotion or oil, i was going to let that slide to ,i just like i just wont come back but lord ohhh lord,not the t.i.p SITUATION, Tip is optional, tip is gratituity, gave them 15 and the audacity to call over her friends and say look,girl ur lucky I still sent the 15, rude and uncomfortable. Over all next do not recommend 🙂

I found this spa location on Groupon and wanted to check them out as they were offering facials with extractions. The appointment in itself started off a little weird just because the individual doing my facial didn’t really speak English and she didn’t ask me what my skin type and everything was. In terms of the facial starting, I think you did a really good job opening up my pores ready for extractions. However, most of the other facials I’ve gotten keeps the steam on the face so it doesn’t hurt the individual getting the extractions as much. I felt like she was very rough, especially around the sensitive areas like the nose or the forehead. I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience...until today. The woman who did my facial became visibly frustrated when I couldn’t understand what she was saying (she was asking for a tip). She pushed my arm and told me to walk to the front. I explained what happened to the two front desk staff, and they said she was asking for a tip. If you’re visiting, be prepared to have your tip ready before leaving the room. Unfortunately, there was a significant language barrier, which made the situation very uncomfortable.

I won't lie. From the outside, this place looks a bit shady, but it's actually a legitimate spa. They provide services for massage, facial, and nails, but each technician only does one of those services. So the person filing your nails isn't also giving you a massage. Found them through Groupon where they have a deal for 90 minute microdermabrasion facial and a deal for 60 minute hot stone massage which I did both. Pros: The staff are all very friendly. Mandarin is the dominant language spoken, but can still get by with English. Gua Sha is offered and I recommend if you are familiar. Extractions are done during facial which I wanted.
