parts were uneven, twists were bulky and my hair was coming out of the twists. was not what i asked for

I asked for Boho and I don’t know what I got, braids were larger than what I asked for and they left out so much synthetic hair it’s tangled already after 3 days. It was pointless to add the human hair I bought because you can’t see it mixed with the synthetic I didn’t ask for this. I showed them a picture and they said they could do it. Mary and TT did my hair and when I returned asking for them to fix it by braiding all the way to the ends to lower the frizziness they acted as if I was the problem and I shouldn’t be coming back. I told them I would be writing a review about my service because I would have been happy if they would have just braided down to the ends. Great customer service! Terrible job on my hair. If you value your edges DO NOT GO HERE!!! I Had a terrible headache after her doing my hair ! Had to take out 3 days later and have it redone! Upon taking it out she used supppper small sections of hair, hence my headache! Barely could close my eyes!!! Go up the street to Mama P. They care about hair and your edges!!

I am very happy with my hair and I definitely will be back. I found a new home where I felt welcome and comfortable. They do not pull and damage your baby hairs. Customer service was amazing and can’t say enough about how good and neat my braids were. Money well spent. You get what you pay for.
