Abby brings knowledge, insight, care and passion to each massage she has done for me over the years. I can't recommend her enough. She knows what it is my body needs and I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free. Abby has also given my two daughters massages and they too are grateful for her techniques and ability to recognize what they need most. You won't be disappointed.

Abby has my highest recommendation as a massage therapist. I initially came to see her because of persistent shoulder pain, and saw marked improvement in just a few sessions. She is a fantastic listener, and immediately understood what was working and where to focus her help. She would proactively seek where I was holding tension, and worked on helping me to align my entire posture, including incredible advice on what to do between sessions to correct imbalances. I continued to work with Abby after my initial shoulder problem resolved, and think she is one of the finest massage therapists I've worked with. I was referred to Abby by a friend for assistance in developing a workout that would help me develop muscles to support an area with a long term injury. I was so happy upon meeting Abby and could tell she was extremely knowledgeable as well as very caring and compassionate. After a thorough assessment, she developed a plan that incorporated exercises along with massage to help target the desired muscles. I was beyond impressed with Abby in every way, and loved her peaceful, loving energy. When I would leave my sessions with her I felt so good physically as well as mentally.
