I had the most relaxing, healing massage with Jaiden. The space was clean, cozy, and really helped set the mood for the experience. Jaiden’s energy and her intuitive touch was EXACTLY what I needed after many months without bodywork. I ended up extending the massage while on the table because I didn’t want it to end. I am actually VERY picky when it comes to bodywork and have had some of the BEST people work on me. Jaiden is in that category. I can’t recommend her more enthusiastically. If you’re thinking of booking with her… this is your sign to do it.

Very high quality massages! I get them regularly and always look forward to it. She is really good at asking questions to get to the root of your pain and how she can help most, making it very effective. I referred my boyfriend to her and he said he felt amazing afterwards and that it was one of the best massages he’s ever had! Highly recommend!

I have been to Embodied Massage several times. Jaiden is amazing at listening to me and my needs. I have problems with alot of neck and shoulder pain and she is always able to help relieve it and relax it to get the knots out. She is gentle yet firm and knows the exact pressure points that need to be worked on. She is very thorough and attentive and I will go no where else. Also she is very affordable!

Jaiden is an amazing massage therapist. She is so attentive to every need and is a great listener. She knows a lot of different massage styles and always can tell exactly which spots need what. I have hypermobile EDS, which can be tricky for massage, but she's done a lot of research and really knows how handle my body's unique needs. I always feel so safe, loved, and refreshed after our appointments. The office is very calming and cozy as well. I love Embodied! Thank you, Jaiden!!! ❤️
