Embassy Nail Spa

I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi at this nail spa. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing—just what I needed. The technician who performed my pedicure did an amazing job. She checked in with me frequently to ensure I was comfortable and even offered a beverage. Another technician stepped in to polish my toes, and she did a great job as well. However, the manicure experience was quite the opposite. While still enjoying my pedicure, I was asked to turn sideways so another technician could begin my manicure. Since I needed a "soak off," a different staff member noticed how awkward and uncomfortable my position was and kindly placed the soak bowl on a towel in my lap to help. I have always came here and my nail tech were Michael and Andy unfortunately they ask me to try someone new and this was the out come. My nail tech on this day was DANDY, the one with the bad teeth. I never experienced this with my other techs and they do the same thing get the hang nails and all but never made my toes bleed. And they only gave me 10 dollars back. Thanks but yall just lost a customer....

I hosted a Bridal Shower at this location and things turned out Great!!! I was able to have it catered and the guests all received manicures or pedicures. The soon to be Bride was also able to open her gifts there. Everyone loved every moment. All the technicians were friendly and their services were fabulous. The Owner was willing to stay past closing until we were finished and that was really appreciated. The shop ambiance was perfect for the occasion. It was a shower the Bride will forever remember. The service here is always consistent. The staff are polite and welcoming. My nails look neat and elegant. I’m a loyal customer now.
