Hello, I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit. I have been a customer at this location for several years and have generally supported and trusted your services, which is why this experience was very disappointing. During my recent visit, I received lashes and waxing services and paid and tipped for both. Before my lash service began, I clearly explained to the technician that I do not like lashes placed in the corners of my eyes because they tend to irritate my eyes and lift quickly. She advised me that if they lifted, I could simply move them up with my finger and they would be fine. I have been seeing Asma & the other ladies that work here for the past ten years. They are amazing! I love my lashes and eyebrows. Asma builds friendships with all of her clients! She is also beyond amazing with my children, when they can’t sit still. I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve been seeing Asma for my eyebrow threading for over 10 years. She’s the only one I trust with my brows. I’ve gone through a phase where my eyebrows were thinner prior to her and she helped get them back to my natural and desired shape. She’s experienced, diligent, and skilled at what she does. Ask for Asma next time. You will NOT be disappointed.
