My mother has been a client of this shop for over six years, and The Creative Braiders is as close to perfection as you can get. She is always on time—my mother has never had to wait for the stylist to arrive. The shop is consistently clean and well-sanitized, which makes every visit comfortable and professional. She goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and make sure everyone has a world-class experience. If you need hair provided, she offers high-quality options, and the work itself is always excellent. Truly great service and craftsmanship every time. I went to this shop for Boho braids. The braider (I didn't even get her name) Fatu had braid my hair was 30 minutes late which was a 1st bad impression as a new customer. I still had a good attitude even though I was upset I had to sit and wait 30 minutes for her. Once the braider arrived I noticed Fatu had to explain to her how to do these braids as if she hadn't done them before. During the braiding process the braider was untangling my hair with a rat tail comb literally ripping out clumps of my hair that was falling to the floor with no regard for my natural hair. I had to tell Fatu to tell her to stop doing that and to use a larger comb. Fatu told me the girl is just parting my hair. I said "no" and pointed to my hair on the floor "she is ripping my hair out". Fatu told her something

I give Kreative Braids 5 stars! They have always done a great job and I am always satisfied. I never have to wait for them to finish a previous clients hair. Highly recommend!!!
