She is so knowledgeable and will let you know of stretches and things you can do to maintain until your next session. On top of amazing work, knowledge and attention to detail, her space is so comfy and is easy to relax into. By far the best massage experience I have ever had and highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

I've had tightness in my upper and lower back for years, and after a 1 hour custom massage session with Trista, my back felt more limber and loose, and I felt more energized overall. She is also a down-to-earth conversationalist and made me feel welcome as a client. Obviously, to have a more permanent fix on back tightness, I will need to attend more massage sessions and will be coming back to Trista for help.
