Elusive Hair

I have been going to Marquise off and on since around 2014. Marquise is an excellent stylist but has done and said some distasteful things to me. Around 2015 Marquise was upset with me because I relaxed my own hair and went on to tell me that I am not that girl but used profanity. Told me that I needed new clothes,new shoes and that I needed to start wearing long wigs and he was going to make me a wig to see people’s reactions. In October of 2022 I sent Marquise a $50 deposit. I had to cancel my appointment. He kept my deposit and when I cancelled gave me no rules or stipulations of a policy. So when I tried to book sometime later he said I had 6 weeks to use the deposit then he said I actually forfeited my deposit because I cancelled in short notice.
