Asian lady can fade properly so can the Filipino guy. All the other barbers can’t cut hair or do a proper fade. I won’t be going back for the reason that you make an appointment with someone specifically and you get someone else instead.

I don't know why I expected any different. Unable to fade hair whatsoever. My low fade is all the way up the side of my head. I had to ask them to go back and blend different areas twice. Also I'm not a barber but I have gotten haircuts all my life. This is the first time I've ever had a barber STICK THEIR FINGER IN MY EAR. Six separate times during the haircut. I honestly feel violated. This place is weird and cannot give a good haircut. Never coming back.

Hair cuts are within regs, the waits are HORRIBLE, you get told to use the app or qr code that it's faster and the app or or code doesn't allow you to finalize and pay so you dont actually get an "appointment". If you need a hair cut it's decent one of the only places that dont give people funny looks when you ask for a military flat top though.

Jarael is a great hairdresser… she has been taking care of our family’s looks since we arrived in ANC and has always done a great job.

I arrived 20min before closing time and I was told that they were not taking anymore customers. There was one person waiting and three people in the chairs. They would have had time to cut my hair. The PX and Commissary do not stop taking customers 20min before closing. What makes this place any different.
