ELM Aromatherapy Spa - Massage Maple Grove

I had an amazing experience at Elm Aromatherapy in Maple Grove! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and beautifully scented with essential oils. I instantly felt at ease. My massage therapist Tiffany was incredibly professional and attentive. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely refreshed, like I hit the reset button on my body and mind. The little details made the visit extra special like the warm towels, soothing music, and a personalized aromatherapy blend that smelled heavenly. You can tell they truly care about your wellness here. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Elm to anyone in need of real self-care. A hidden gem in Maple Grove!

I’d give no stars if it was an option. To start with, we never received our massages. My husband and I showed up 15 minutes early for a couple’s massage (standard for new clients receiving a massage). The doors were locked, even though the sign said open. We waited in the cold until 5 minutes after our appointment time there was no sign of life and left. Previously I wanted to pay ahead of time because this was a Valentine’s gift, I tried calling and messaging through the website without a reply. Very disappointing experience, ruined the evening.

This was the most awkward, unprofessional experience I’ve had getting a massage. I don’t think I’ve ever written a “bad review” for any business. I usually would just not go back and move on. This was my fist apt. I booked a same day appointment, 9:30am with Leo.When I arrived a lady was in the front and asked who my apt was with and for what time, I told her and she immediately brought me to a room and said to undress and I could lay face down on the bed. (The lady was very nice, that wasn’t the issue) Usually, when going in as a new client you would have a conversation beforehand with your therapist to determine what needs to be worked on and pressure preference, that didn’t happen. The lady then came back into the room with scrubs on and was going to do my massage. Like I said before,

I have been there 3 times through my postpartum healing and the masseuses here so talented with their strokes. Every time i went with pain and came back relieved. And the service is so worth their price. The ambiance is pleasing too. The only downside is their staff does not speak English as much.

I came in with a terrible backache and left feeling like a new person! The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what my sore muscles needed. They paid close attention to the areas I mentioned, and the combination of hot stones and the heat lamp worked wonders for my back. I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were throughout the session. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had—I can’t wait to come back!
