Katie has done amazing work on my body. As the result of a bicycle accident followed by upper arm surgery 6 years ago, I had about 40-50% range of motion in my shoulder. This was after surgery plus 9 months of physical therapy. 6 years later, Katie began working on my shoulder. I saw immediate improvement, and now have more than 80% range of motion in my shoulder, and much less discomfort!
