I absolutely love Ella & Oak Salon!! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is always warm and positive. My hairdresser, Leah, is truly the best — I trust her completely! I’ve been going to her for color and haircuts for the past 3 years, and she never disappoints. She always listens, gives great advice, and makes my hair look amazing every single time. I can’t recommend this salon (and Leah!) enough 🤍✨

Ella & Oak is so cute and inviting, and it's in the perfect location! I loved my haircut from Andrea - she struck a great balance between keeping as much length as possible and cutting enough to make my heat-damaged hair look healthy and full. When the balayage initially ended up lighter than expected and I reached out with my concerns, Andrea immediately worked me in and fixed it at no cost, and I absolutely love it now. Everyone at the salon was friendly, professional, and kind, and I 100% recommend Andrea / Ella & Oak to anyone looking for a haircut, balayage, or style!

Brianna is always warm & caring in her work. She naturally has a feel for her clients needs. I’ve been in her care for the last 4 years & she has not disappointed me. Andrea was super sweet. I went in for a shampoo and style due to having surgery on my hand. It was heaven. She took the time and massages my head which somehow made my hand feel better!! I am looking forward to another visit because the atmosphere in the salon was so positive and comfortable 🤩

Hair color and trim good. I found color in my hat and in my ears which bothers me bc paying as much as one does, I’d expect due diligence with color cleanup esp since I mentioned it being an issue with prior salon visits elsewhere. Just need to ask for those color removal wipes next time. When I asked to review charges in advance I was told of the years of experience the salon professional had, rather than my question answered. That was great to know; however, my bottom line was to understand my costs. It was not explained well and weird for me to ask again a 3rd time. I had asked when I called to make the appointment and did not get the ballpark expected charges. Then it turns out the person who scheduled me did not schedule the correct services and time. I cannot know what was expected
