Elizabeth Nails

⸻ I waited a few weeks before writing this review to reflect on my experience. Unfortunately, after recently visiting a more professional nail salon where I was educated on builder gel and proper nail salon etiquette, I realized that my experience at Elizabeth’s Nails was not handled appropriately and that I was taken advantage of. My nail tech was Peter. He told me he could not fill my builder gel and insisted it had to be completely removed, charging me an additional $10 for removal. I later learned this was unnecessary. When I asked for designs on two nails, he told me I “couldn’t afford” designs on both and said he would only do one nail unless I paid extra. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't know why I came back to this place and I had the bad luck to take care of Kim again. My nails ended up worse than they got, more hurt. I had to tell her how to do the work since he had left all my nails sticky, I went to wash my hands and a nail fell off. A disaster and they don't even say sorry! This time I'm not coming back anymore

I’ve been going to Elizabeth nails since I was 15(20 years ago) they had a different location. I moved to Cali and everytime I come back I make a stop to see them. Anna always remembers me. And they follow up with my life changes. They treat you like family! And my nails are always well taken care of. Love them ! And prices stay affordable/reasonable!

I’ve been going here since it was T-Nails (over 20 years) I prefer to have Ann, Tina or Hai do my nails. The guy in front (Paul, I think) is so rude. Prices are average. The place is beautiful inside. Lots of different polishes. The only problem I have had was with a pedi. The woman couldn’t understand me or was just not listening. I literally was getting up to leave after all her mistakes and problems. You would think they would have at least given a discount. But this is still 1 of my 2 places to go.

Showed the person that did my nails how the previous nail tech had filed the color down on the side so much that you could see the white underneath on one of my nails and said numerous times that I did not want that to happen again. Guess what? It did on several of my nails. His mask muffled what he was saying, but the impression that I got was him telling me that it needed to be that way. I just gave up and let it drop. I also told him how a previous tech had cut off my dip on a nail where it had lifted, which damaged the nail, and he started doing the same thing until I stopped him. In the 2 1/2 weeks since I've gotten my nails done, chunks of dip have come off on 4 nails, and 2 of them chipped badly enough that I had to cut off half of the length and will have to cut the rest of my nail
