I just moved here and I am deaf, I use a z5 interpretation platform to call to make an appointment, they hang up every time my interpreter says they are interpreting. So I would call back without saying they are interpreting and they would constantly say that they are not available for an appointment for weeks. Okay I waited weeks and called again today, again the same thing hang up and then I called back without interpreting line and again not available for an appointment so when I started explaining that they said the same thing when I called last time they hung up on me in the middle of me talking. My regular place was shut down due to the building. I went to Elite nails right after. I love the shape they give my nails and have liked them ever since I started going there. I wish they would do more designs. There has been a few simple examples I found and love and I've been told no. I think they just do a simple color change and fill and pedicures which is a bummer

This nail salon was recommended to me by one of their regulars for having low prices and a fun atmosphere. That regular was absolutely right! I was a walk-in on a Wednesday afternoon and was seen immediately. I got a full set of acrylic nails and gel polish. Kim took care of most of the tasks, while "Ocean Tuna" (Fish) was in charge of shaping my nails. There were up to three other clients in the salon while I was getting my nails done, and each of us was made to feel as though we were receiving adequate attention from the techs even as they swapped between clients and tasks. If you’re looking to get your nails done in a friendly, quiet, and professional environment, Elite Nail Salon is not the place to go. Kim and Fish overbook themselves and do not know how to service clients in a timely or professional manner. I made an appointment for 5 o’clock for an acrylic manicure and didn’t leave until 6:30 because Kim and Fish kept stopping my nails to service the other six clients in the salon that came AFTER me. I asked for short (1/4inch) nail tips and Fish got angry with me, telling me that short nails are ugly and difficult for him to shape. A man who has worked as a nail artist for 10 years. Along with pointing out the self harm scars on my arms, Fish argued with his wife the entire time I was there. It was incredibly uncomfortable. As for prices, an acrylic set
