Elite Nail Day Spa

I do NOT recommend this place. The WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. I came in as a new client on a Thursday to get French tips SNS (see my inspo pic of my real nails). The lady who did my nails said she could do it. It was by far the SLOPPIEST SNS job. I was trying to trust the process, but when I realized she was done, I asked her to not seal them because they looked bad and I was going to go home and take them off. I said I’d pay her for her time but to not put the clear coat on. The owner looked at them and said he’d redo them if I came on Saturday morning. I said okay. I still paid her $30 for her work/time. I returned Saturday morning and he said he wanted to do hard gel instead of SNS and I once again showed the inspo pic of a former set I had. He CUT ME with the dremel taking o

$100 for refill & toe color change with gel. I don’t mind paying the price but the work done on my nails was very sloppy. I would have allowed for it to be fixed but I shouldn’t have to & I also had somewhere to be after. I didn’t not rush anyone on purpose & still received a messy job. Just a little disappointed in the lack of ability to be neat & esthetically pleasing. There were other options in the area but now I see why this place wasn’t that busy.

I have been going here for about four months now and they are amazing! I get an SNS manicure from Kelly and I won’t go anywhere else. I have tried around ten Winston-Salem nail salons and none have come close to Elite. Kelly is quick but not rushed and does excellent work. She is so good at filing and shaping you can tell she has so much experience. I included pics of the four manicures I’ve gotten with her. Ideally I’d go more than once a month but it’s not my budget currently. Even though they end up really grown out, I have never had one break- even four weeks in. I have recommended her to everyone who compliments my nails. I try and make an appointment so I don’t have to wait but they have lots of walk ins each time I’m there and no one seems to wait long. I had a wonderful experience at Elite Nails Day Spa! I was greeted as soon as stepped in to facility. I did not wait long at all. Janet did an awesome job on my pedicure. She was kind and just sweet. She was gentle on my feet . And ask me if I liked my color before she completed my toes. Kelly did an awesome job on my nails she did the perfect Almond shaped nail. The place is elegant and a little pricy but worth every dime I spent. Thank you Janet and Kelly

I am not one to usually write reviews but I had to for this experience. I have been to a lot of different nail salons, but never to one that gave me BLEEDING cuticles. I was in so much pain afterwards that I had to come back 2 days later to have my acrylics removed. Not to mention, the owner/manager did not have remorse for the situation and no refund was offered. The pain job also looks like I could have just done it myself. I’m overall disappointed.
