Elite Nail

Had the worst experience today!! It’s disheartening. I have gone there a few times to do my pedi. My, the lady who has worked on my feet in the past, is quiet but professional, she gives awesome foot massages, she tries her best to accommodate you and is friendly. Joe, the older guy though is another story. Went today, 02/04/26-He did my mani. The first time he did it about 3 weeks ago, he seemed rude and annoyed. But today, he exceeded in his unprofessionalism and rudeness. Yanking my fingers, pressing them hard, touching the skin with the electric filer and getting annoyed that I flinched. Then talking to me in a scolding tone as if I was a child, then dismissive at the end. I made sure I voiced my displeasure when it was time to pay. I told My, that I was not going to leave a tip

Pics are what i asked for vs what i got. The husband and wife were nice and he did a great job on my nails and feet. Definitely coming back, very satisfied.

This nail salon has been FANTASTIC from start to finish on every visit. I have been going to this salon for over four years and it has been pleasant experience on every visit. My nails are perfect every time. I have been to larger nail salons that are far more expensive and my nails lift and chip. Elite nails are always affordable and last two to three weeks. The pedicures are equally amazing! The massages are lengthy and relieve tension. I can not say enough about a small salon that delivers large results on quality. Definite Go.

Is this the nicest, newest, or greatest? No. Is it quiet, to the point without unnecessary frills and a price that matches? Yes. No upcharging or offering additional services, which was a nice change of pace.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I wish I could give ZERO stars. Don't go to this place. My pedicure was "ok" my full set of acrylics was AWFUL. I have short nails but have never had a problem with getting a french manicure for another place. I asked for the same thing. This lady was HORRIBLE, instead of using clear tip she used white tips on my short nails and then used the pink powder over them. I questioned the technique but she assured me it would be ok. THEY WERE NOT. She didn't shape the nails or file them I had drips of acrylic that I had to file off. I couldn't wait to get out of there after nearly 2 hours there. I couldn't believe that awful job. I was asked by my friend that night did I put "press on nails" on. UGH. They were closed Sunday so I went Monday morning to get t
