I loved this place. I had a massage with Shane. We addressed all my problems. I have a lot of knots in my neck area, lower back pain, and knee problems because I stand a lot during work. The pressure was amazing and the customer service was amazing. He also recommended things to do at home to help with my knots. If you are in need of a massage with similar problems. My first experience is outstanding. I was gifted a massage from work and I really enjoyed the experience. Customer service is top notch from entry to leaving. Naomi was an expert, I'd even say she hands angel medical hands. She takes the time to ask you questions to ensure you receive the type of massage you want to receive. The massage is very relaxing. I can hardly wait for my next visit next month. 5 stars and more. I had an hour sewdish massage and I feel wonderfully relaxed. Thank you for a great experience. A must go to place. 🦋

I had a massage session this weekend with Krystle. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It was clear that she was a therapist still new to practicing massage and while her routine was generally fine, it leaned more toward long gentle strokes rather than the deep tissue work I specifically need to address my upper back pain. As I write this review, I’m still suffering from the upper back pain I went in for. I requested deep pressure and got more of a light pressure in my opinion. I believe she would benefit from learning how to use her whole body, especially by standing rather than sitting, to deliver a more effective deep pressure massage. While I tipped her well, it was more out of support for her growth in the field than a reflection of the massage’s effectiveness. That said,

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Krystle was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She listened to my concerns, focused on my target areas, and provided real relief—especially in my lower back and hips. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much more at ease. I highly recommend Krystle to any expectant mom looking for expert, compassionate care during pregnancy.
