Elite Facials

I’ve filed a formal dispute against Elite Facials in West Hollywood and will be pursuing legal action if I don’t get my money back. That’s how bad this place is. Their advertising is flat-out misleading and designed to scam people into spending money on services that don’t deliver. That’s how bad this business is. I will also be filing complaints with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and the FTC for false advertising if they don’t make this right. The facial itself was useless — I left with blackheads still all over my skin. Nothing was improved, nothing was as promised. On top of that, the “salon” isn’t even a proper location. It’s located inside a hair salon, with no parking, no professional setup, and absolutely no transparency. They don’t tell you anything about thei

First the business is not really a business. I don’t think it’s a little room in the back of a hair salon. Second, the parking is absolutely horrible. And third it says 50 minutes. It was barely 30 minutes, I guess I should’ve said something, but what am I gonna say? Deal is too good to be true what she did I liked, but it seemed all way too quick whenever I’ve had this done before. It was a good 45 minutes to an hour. I would find someplace else if you want a really good Hydro facial
