Prices are 50% more when you make it to shop. Beware of price gouging!!!! I have been going there for a little over a year. I was paying $220 for microbraids short bob...6 weeks ago same style $400.00 I was shocked. Last time I went for cornrow and once again different price when you get to shop. I paid $185.00 for them to do cornrow updo. The style was not similar to the picture I showed. The 1st lady was braiding my hair back the 2nd lady still coud not do the style. My hair was too tight. This place was a lot better than this when I started getting my hair fixed. I am going to look for some other place. I need to find someone who went to school and own a shop. Oh, Westheimer location is now at a barbershop. I had to go the BarkerCyress location. I was not going to be around all those m

The young lady who did my hair was kind. I brought in six bags of braiding hair and asked for a specific style that was shown prior to me booking my appointment. I was assured they could do the style, because it was on their page. As she was doing my hair I saw it looking thin and she told me towards the end I would see the desired results. It is not what I wanted. I was extremely upset, but made my mind I would not come back. I had just come in from a second shift, she was over an hour late getting to the shop, and she took several bathroom breaks when I took not one. She ate while I did not. My flight was a mere 6 hours later. I went to the Westheimer location and paid for a style I did not ask for.
