I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly customer-centered. All of the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. My nail technician , Empress , was ESPECIALLY professional, gentle, and incredibly detailed, taking the time to communicate clearly and ensure everything was done to my liking. Empress genuinely cares about her clients and the staff takes pride in creating a relaxing, positive experience. I left feeling pampered 🥰and very happy with my Manicure and Citrus Pedicure. 10/10 , highly recommend this salon!

I had a great experience at Elements. I walked in to buy my wife a gift card and was welcome warmly by everyone in the Shop. I bought the gift card and came back for a pedicure for myself by Empress. She did a wonderful job on my feet. The whole atmosphere was clean, fresh and friendly. I highly recommend Elements and Empress.
