Elements Massage - West Plano

Scheduled appointment online for my husband for Sunday at 11:30AM with added cupping. They called me the day before and offered me earlier time since the person was unavailable at 11:30AM. I chose 10:30AM, and then they said the cupping would be unavailable. So I chose the later time for 1PM so he could get the cupping (the add on he really wanted). He stated the massage was okay. We chose “deep massage” online, but he said it wasn’t deep enough. The massage therapist also offered my husband hot stones instead of cupping because she said she didn’t have a lot of experience with the cupping! (Very annoying). He tried to explain where the area he wanted massaged the most (neck) and she talked over him and did not listen. Probably won’t be booking again.

I’ve been a frequent customer here and have always enjoyed my massage therapist, but my recent experience has changed my mind. I was charged an elite fee without being told beforehand. I had been told about Kimberly’s fee in the past, but never about Victoria’s. When I called to ask, I spoke with Shannon, and the response felt more defensive than helpful. Management should ensure all employees clearly explain fees as if customers don’t know—because sometimes, they don’t—so guests can make informed decisions and avoid surprise charges. Because of how this situation was handled, I don’t plan to return at this time, but I hope the business addresses this for future customers.

Indeed a great experience 👍 with my favorite Massage therapist Maddie, she is an excellent therapist, focused on the trigger points with deep tissue techniques and great care throughout the session. I have absolutely loved my massages with Jennifer and Matt. They have an awesome, friendly staff, a clean and beautiful facility, and from the moment you walk through the door, you feel relaxed.

I had a massage and told the massage therapist I wanted them to avoid my legs. They told me they were going to massage my legs anyways. I also heard a bottle opening and a bottle with a dispense lid. I believe the bottle with the dispense lid was my requested lotion in replaced for oil. I did not know what the other bottle was for until after the session. I saw an open bottle that was labeled CBD or THC cream between the lotion bottles. Hopefully, both bottles were lotion since they seemed very similar. I was never once asked for my consent to use such products before, during, or after my session. I am highly adverse from using any type of CBD/THC products. My massage therapist is a nice person but the lack of communication and going against my wishes have left me upset the rest of the day
