Everything! Haley was great with welcoming me and getting me set up with a membership! However. Stephanie was the star of the show; I walked away without the back pain I’ve been carrying on and off over a decade, I could instantly breathe better, and my jaw has never felt better! I can’t wait to visit her again this weekend!! I’ve been telling anyone who will listen to book with her ASAP! :D

GO TO GIGI!! This was my first time here and it was AMAZING. Gigi did a great consultation was professional and made me feel so comfortable! I got a full body massage focusing on my tension spots and It was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. They give you a little note card with stretches and what they recommend. It was literally spectacular and I BEG of you to go and get a massage from Gigi!!!

Elements Massage is a great place! Super friendly staff and Cheyenne is my favorite provider! I love how you can get monthly treatments and they roll over if you’re unable to use them one month! Highly recommend Elements Massage!

I’ve been seeing David for massages, and he’s absolutely incredible! He has such a calm, professional presence and really takes the time to listen to what your body needs. We’ve actually had several very good massages at this Elements Massage location, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We called to discuss a matter, and the manager, Tammy, was incredibly rude from the moment she picked up. She wouldn’t allow me to finish a sentence or even explain the situation. Instead of listening, she spoke to us as if we were completely incompetent, and then abruptly hung up mid-conversation. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when simply trying to resolve an issue. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking, and we sincerely hope the business addresses this behavior. To have a manager like this is honestly embarrassing to the business.
