Elements Massage - Middletown

I had a terrible experience at this location today. I called last week to schedule an appointment on my birthday, there were no appointment times available at the time I called, so the receptionist put me on the waitlist. A few days later I received the below email and clicked confirm to lock in the appointment. Today, my birthday, I drive to the Middletown location, and go to the front desk to check in. I tell the receptionist that I have an appointment at 9, to which she proceed to tell me “no you don’t”. I tell her I was on the waitlist, but got a confirmation of my appointment last week. I showed her the email I received along with the confirmation of the appointment and she rudely tells me she’s sorry I got a confirmation but I don’t have an appointment. She was incredibly rude about

Bought a 2hr massage for the introductory price , which was a good deal but the massage its self wasn't great, the lady only massages me with one hand on each section she was working on and was going extreamly slow, i felt like I didn't really get a massage after I left, was very disappointed especially because it was the only thing I asked for, for Christmas this year, 😣 probably won't be returning.

The atmosphere was very calming and professional. And the massage itself was amazing!

The massage therapist Jeremy was amazing. He targeted my problem areas effectively and pushed out knots in my lower trap / between my shoulder blades that have been bothering me for years. It was the best deep massage of my life. Highly recommend.

The people are friendly and helpful. Craig is an excellent massage therapist!
