Elements Massage

I went in earlier today for a massage and it was fantastic!! The massage therapist, Jeremy, was excellent. I came in because of some tension in my neck and shoulders that had been bugging me. He took the time to listen to was going on and really paid attention to what I needed from moment to moment. Additionally the facilities were excellent. Great head rests that didn’t scrunch or hurt my face, heated tables, and great front desk works.

I booked a last-minute deep-tissue massage to remedy extreme pain/stress throughout my body. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Zanna, who was so warm, professional, and welcoming. The ambiance throughout the spa was incredibly relaxing. The retail display of Sanitas Skincare products was beautiful, and being able to sample the products while waiting for my treatment was a nice bonus. The waiting area felt peaceful and secluded. I had a 90-minute massage with Amy that included cupping and hot stones, and it was absolutely incredible! Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish!

I am significantly frustrated with the scheduling practices and customer service at the Louisville branch. While the massage therapists are excellent, the scheduling capabilities are unacceptable. Online Appointments are unreliable. Frequent unnotified changes, such as appointments being moved by 30 minutes without notice, or confirmed 60-minute bookings being unilaterally extended to 90 minutes. Despite multiple attempts to address these concerns, management has shown indifference, and staff communication has been consistently unfriendly and dismissive, which completely contradicts a spa environment. Had some great massages here, but the current front desk staff really makes the experience uncomfortable. For example, we called to change the name of the person getting a massage, and when we arrived, somehow the notes were not in the system. They were very rude — you should have come earlier; I worked late and had to get here early. The tone of voice and words used were very unfriendly. Let go of your bad days and treat others kindly, or we won't want to enter your building.

I had had another massage by Dina but the 2nd massage wasn't as good. It felt rushed and Dina and I did not connect like the 1st time. Today I had a 2nd massage with Ivy and I think she may be favorite. Very intuitive and had some great suggestions to help a couple of problem areas and gave referral for an acupuncturist. One of the best massages I've ever had! I just had my 1st massage at Elements and I have to say it was one of the best massages I've ever had! Dina had amazing hands and was just right in the pressure she used. Highly recommend the hot stones!
