I had a great experience with everything from the appointment over the phone to the staff greeting me and the therapist Kemba who was a great professional and very welcoming. They made the first half of my Birthday very pleasant. I will book again!

I had my 3rd visit with Yolanda and wanted to recognize her personally. I have 2 herniated disks in my back and suffer from significant back, neck, hip and leg pain. I have been to many other massage therapists over the years. I can say by far Yolanda has been the only provider to ever truly remove the tension I experience and offer me both immediate and long term relief from our sessions. I look forward to continuing to experience the benefits of continued visits with Yolanda and hope she receives recognition for her talent and attention to my specific needs.

First of all, let me just say right out of the gate that “gratuity” is just a fancy word that penny-pinching business owners came up with to avoid paying livable wages to their employees. BUT…if you’re going to force your customers to pay “gratuity”, you should definitely mention that policy somewhere on your website, or at LEAST tell customers about it when they go in for their appointment. None of the employees told me that gratuity was required. I’m not a regular customer, and I’m not a friggin’ mind reader. I gave a modest cash tip to my massage therapist, not knowing about their “gratuity” policy, but according to them, that tip was not enough. You know what these people did? They called my mother and tattled on me, as if I were a child misbehaving at school. They said that I didn’t t

I had a 90 minute massage today with Kemba. He was awesome. For those who like deep tissue massages, he is your guy. After a bicycle accident with several broken bones and ribs, my body was sore and sorely in need of help. Kemba to the rescue. He can.alter the pressure he uses to accommodate anyone who desires.a softer massage. I would highly recommend Kemba, and I will be back again for another massage Kemba soon.

This is not the place for a relaxing massage. First, the entire building smells like mold. Secondly, they sent me a text before my appointment telling me they charge for the appointment ahead of time and they need to move my appointment 45 minutes later than scheduled. Thankfully the Therapist was able to see me at 9am as scheduled and didn’t need to take me later. They advised me they were trying to close the gap between clients for the therapist. Ok. Lastly, I scheduled a 90 minute massage, nope only got an hour but was charged for 90 minutes. Had to ask for a refund! As a first time customer to Elements, never again. The Therapist thankfully was nice.
