I have seen these types of services online, but it was far better than I expected!! The facility is so beautifully decorated and appointed. Upon going upstairs, you have your consultation commences and the treatment follows. As you have your scalp cleaned and massaged, the table is massaging you. The products smell and feel amazing. Every part of the treatment is relaxing. I truly cannot remcomment it highly enough!!! I will be going back!

I had the most amazing experience at Sanctuary Scalp & Skin. From the moment I walked in, the spa felt gorgeous, spotless, and incredibly welcoming — such a calming atmosphere. Kate was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to really assess what my scalp needed and tailored the treatment specifically for me, which I truly appreciated. And her hands? Pure magic. The entire experience was beyond relaxing. I left with my scalp feeling completely refreshed, and my hair has never felt softer. I truly felt cared for from start to finish and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. I can’t wait to go back!

I scheduled a scalp service with a mini facial and it did not disappoint. I loved the overall aesthetic of the spa - it was relaxing as soon as you entered. Kate was very thoughtful and amazing and the treatment was so relaxing. my scalp and hair felt amazing after (I will definitely be a repeat customer). I was really excited that Kate also mentioned they would be expanding their services soon to facials, so I can’t wait to try those as well. So happy this is in Fairfield!

I’ve been waiting for something like this to open near us, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I did the 90-minute scalp massage treatment with the mini facial, and it was pure relaxation from start to finish. The scalp treatment itself was incredible, so thorough and soothing, and it left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair feeling beautiful!! The space was calming, and I left feeling completely relaxed and renewed. The girls were so friendly and welcoming! I can’t wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

This was my first experience with a head spa and it was amazing! Kate’s touch was gentle and calming. I truly felt relaxed and refreshed when I left. My scalp has ever been this clean and pampered.
