Elements Massage - Delray Beach

I signed up for the monthly 90-minute membership hoping for a relaxing and consistent experience, but unfortunately my session today was not relaxing at all. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, but the first therapist (Conor) who took me seemed very inexperienced. Their hands were shaky, they appeared extremely nervous, and there was also a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which was not pleasant at all during a massage. Even after I gently asked them to relax so I wouldn’t feel tense myself, the nervousness continued. About 15 minutes into the session, there was still no steady flow or technique, so I requested a different therapist. The second therapist (Berta) arrived but seemed rushed from the beginning. I had a horrible massage that left me with painful muscles, discomfort for days. I told them and they offered a free massage. I told them I don’t want any additional services from this business given how I was harmed and don’t feel I can trust anyone under this company. They refused to refund 2 pre-paid massages. I think a company should stand on quality and ethics rather than a gotcha type ‘membership”. I do not recommend this business or model for something dealing with the body. It might be all great until you have a problem.

Sasha’s intuitive approach has helped me tremendously. From typical stress knots to plantar fasciitis, and all the migraine aches in between, Sasha brings relief to them all. The manager is always friendly and happy to assist as well. He helped me navigate my membership during my pregnancy and I love that I could come right back and pick up where I left off. Keep rocking it, guys!

I had a 90 minute massage with Conner today. For once a therapist listened when I said what was wrong. He got so many knots out of my upper back. Conner is an amazing massage therapist with an true understanding of muscles and how to manipulate them to smooth them out. 🧡

Ed is the best over there. The room is always clean and Ed brings me back to life. He's incredibly intelligent and knows every part of the body. They always have specials during the holiday season which is great too! Andrew at the front desk is friendly and a nice, familiar face to always see. :)
