Going to a spa is a luxury that you pay for the relaxation you get. I have left here feeling frustrated and angry (twice-the only two times I’ve been here) due to the reception not being able to properly take the gift cards that the company is pushing so hard. After my massage, it took over 15 minutes to get paid out using my gift cards. I left a cash tip as you cannot use the gift card to tip (as is standard and I expected this). I return less than 10 days later to use up the rest of my gift card and am hoping for a more relaxing experience this time (as my gift cards has been loaded in their system; so I should be able to relax, then easily pay and leave). If I could leave a negative star I would. I called to reschedule my appointment that booked for the same day when I needed a week out. While on the phone with the receptionist I was talking through options. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Then sent my credit card a $50 charge! I never officially canceled my appointment! I was talking through options. Still was charged a cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER GO HERE! What a scam! Again!! Negative stars. Nobody left me a message, let alone messages; nobody called or followed up! Just some bull crap response. Check your staff they’re lying to you as the owner. I’ll be reporting to the BBB!

Tina is amazing. She is very in tune with her patients and can feel exactly what’s tight. She definitely knows her stuff. Her joy is making you feel good.

Leaving here is expensive. I didn't understand signing up for membership (obviously). Tried to cancel massage membership. After I thought I had by calling and canceling all future massages they kept charging my card every month. They said I have to pay for 2 more after canceling. Then made me pay twice for the second massage. Then they tell me that the 2nd massage I already paid for expired a few days after paying for it and therefore I have to pay a second time at a higher price.

Beware! Your credit card information should not be given to them under any circumstances. Once they have your credit card number, good luck at getting them to stop charging it without your authorization!
