Elements Massage - Central Scottsdale

Sad experience from start to finish. Glitchy website had me fill paperwork several times before it would submit. I booked under a specific therapists name I had seen previously but was put with a different therapist. I asked for a sml towel to place between my sternum and table due to breast surgery and the therapist raised their voice and said "I WILL NOT BE TOUCHING YOUR BREASTS" I was extremely embarrassed and held my breath the rest of the treatment. If they did not have my credit card I would have walked out. Do NOT choose this particular venue. I have been to a different one in Scottsdale and it was great.

Used to have a membership with elements, the quality went down hill. Sent my fiancé to the elements on shea because she had a tight muscle in her back. The massage therapist did not listen to her telling him not to use that pressure and kept pushing on the bones instead of the muscle it self. We both get weekly massages and this was the only place she could get in last minute and it was 100% not a normal massage and did not listen, had to leave after 25 minutes and is now bruised all over.
