Massage was able to loosen tightness from PTSD. Every visit gets me closer to “normal “. Definitely recommend talking to therapist to determine best treatment options. Deep tissue massage definitely loosens up tight muscles but for me the sacral stretching does the job much better. The muscles can’t stay relaxed if their covering is too tight.

Diane did such a great job on my 90 minute massage. The pressure was perfect and I felt so relaxed. The hot stones really were the cherry on top!

I very rarely ever write a review for business, but I am making an exception for Elements, Massage in Branford. For anyone that knows me I have crippling issues with my back. Over the last week, I had a number of things that pushed Me to strain my back more than usual. A few hours after walking out of Elements I experienced the most relief of pain I have had in I can’t tell you how long. Rachael, who was the massage technician was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable as well as effective in My session with her.
