Elements Massage

Very disappointing that in October they raised their membership fee for a 60-minute massage to $89. And then they charge you an extra $20 if you go to their elite therapist. They should pay that not me. Karen is awesome! She does a great job about a 60-minute massage is way overpriced. Especially if you're a member. And the new owners changed it up And if you want water they give you a 3 oz Dixie cup instead of a full size bottle. Cheap. Cheap cheap. Hope they find a lot in a new customers cuz I'm out.

UPDATE TO REPLY TO OWNER: Everyone reading this review, please ignore the gaslighting by the Owner. Their comment is a complete fabrication. Both my wife and I asked them to look up the gift cards, which they couldn’t find them until we did a chargeback. The gift cards were sold by Elements Massage through a third party, which is they were hit with the chargeback. The “manager” named Karen decided to get all hostile with both my wife and I. She threatened to ban us and tagged my wife with “Do Not Book” (which they stupidly changed her name to), which is why we cancelled our membership. The only things these people “regret” is that they are getting bad reviews. These new owners have lack of accountability and basic human etiquette. Take your business elsewhere. After 10 years of service I had an issue with a gift card they could not assist me in so I disputed the charges. Within a day the manager accused me of essentially theft and can see my gift cards but when I tried to apply the gift cards they could magically not find them. Prior to the new owners this was a great place. After 10 years we would no longer recommend to anyone. Edit to respond to owner: I did NOT fail to mention the third party. I showed the front receptionist my screenshot and asked for assistance. The gift cards had not been sent and were purchased a month prior. I disputed that night. Stealing money from loyal customers. I had 6 gift cards be completely voided. The reason given for termination was fabricated and fraudulent. They will not answer their phone calls and have horrible service since the new management took over in October. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take your business to Massage Envy if you want a good massage without having your money stolen. Erin is the ABSOLUTE BEST masseuse!! If this review was for her I’d give 5 stars all day long. However, as a long time client of over 7 years I sadly just had my last massage there. I was a member for a long time and finally had to cancel my membership due to a new job and monetary constraints. I had some months where I wasn’t able to get a massage so I had many unused sessions left over that I had paid for, but not used. When I cancelled my membership I received those unused sessions as gift cards. Sadly my wallet was stolen and those gift cards are now gone. But the last ownership worked with me and looked up my remaining gift cards and would mark them off in their system.
