Elements Massage

This was my first visit to Elements (any location) and my first massage in about a decade. I made my appointment for a Sunday because I thought that it would be a quieter day, and I wasn't disappointed. Being able to wait for my appointment to begin in a peaceful waiting area was wonderful. The team at the counter greeted me warmly and apologized for the brief delay in being seen. My massage therapist, Tanairy, was attentive, a great listener, and, most importantly, quite skilled in her craft. Not only will I go back there for future massages, I will recommend Tanairy highly to friends who might be looking for someone who is in the medium massage range.

I booked a deep tissue massage not knowing exactly what to expect, and it ended up being even more effective than I hoped. David was incredibly professional, with a calm and steady energy that made it easy to relax and trust the process. He knew exactly how to target the areas that needed work, and I left feeling both lighter and more grounded. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real results and a skilled, centered practitioner.

Elements Massage used to be our family’s go-to place for relaxation, but our recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. After being regular clients for years, I was completely blindsided by the unprofessional behavior of one of their massage therapists. She handed out her personal number to me and flirted inappropriately. Despite showing nothing but the utmost respect, I was the one who got penalized and was told I can now only be serviced by a male therapist. To make matters worse, the manager, (Zoe) was incredibly unprofessional and rude when handling the situation. Instead of addressing the therapist’s misconduct, she blamed me and refused to listen to my side of the story.
