Element Beauty Nail Spa

Paid $70 for gel “chrome” nails that look worse than if I’d done them at home. The polish was chipped, messy and uneven. I asked for chrome and they gave me something sparkly instead. I don’t know if they just put too much on, but my nails are completely silver, which isn’t how the chrome finish is supposed to look. When I tried to say that’s not what I wanted, they insisted it was and that it just looks different on real nails vs fake (which, even if that is true, they should have told me it wouldn’t look like the nail sample they showed me). Overall just disappointing and a waste of money

My friends and I got three gel manicures and the ladies there did an amazing job! I got a french pedicure and Belin did them beautifully. They were very thorough with the actual pedicure and polish came out amazing. Thank you so much, ladies!

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Had a gel manicure with Belen, it is one of the best manicures I have had in NYC. I never leave reviews, but I had to make a point of it this time. My nails look GORGEOUS and she was super fast. Thank you Element Beauty! I will be back again!

Very happy with my experience!!! Came here on a Sunday and had a very quite, relaxing mani & pedi! The lovely ladies took wonderful care of me and my nails look beautiful , definitely will be back. :)
