Elegante Cut

Great experience today with Sara who braided my daughter's hair. She is very pleasant and accommodating and the braids are beautiful.

I love this salon so much! I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago and my hair dresser was very honest with me about the services I would need and even said they would not bleach my hair because it would not resist it and that I could try later on. They didn’t just go ahead and do it. I have been getting a blow out and my haircuts here ever since. Great work and honest.

the people that do hair here are really good they know what they’re doing especially with hair dye. I have dyed my hair all colors of the rainbow by now and have liked how vibrant and well done the colors come out each time. my mom loves getting her nails done here too

I remember I used to do my hair with a lady named Gloria here a couple of years ago, and she was amazing. I went today for a haircut and literally stood at the entrance for about 6 minutes and no one had the decency to even ask me " what I needed " everyone was just gossiping outside of the salon and inside because they weren't even busy. Extremely unprofessional to just let a customer walk in and stand there like a moron. I turned around and just left because honestly they lack customer service skills. BTW - they didn't even say "HI" or "Welcome" which is the least they could've done.

They messed up my wife's hair with a different color than she wanted also the salon over priced her. Unfortunately, the salon didn't even try to fix it or give her a discount. They advised her if she is unhappy they can color her hair back to her regular color & she can go to another salon to get it the way she wants. I don't know about salons, but the last time my wife went to another salon & she didn't like her color, they changed the color to her liking for free & gave her a treatment for free because they put to much chemical on her hair. I guess my wife has to continue to looking for another salon. This salon has a bad way of conducting business & treating their customer. Happy customers bring more money to your business.
