I've been coming here for decades to purchase the basic salon needs (towels, neckstrips, combs, disinfectants, etc). They carry a nice selection of discount beauty supplies for the pros. Lots of brands that are only available here and cool, interesting Barber products, too! The curly-haired, Iranian brother (I think his name is Raymond?) is VERYYYY polite and very kind and very knowledgeable about all of his inventory. He gives wonderful, patient customer service and is never too busy to answer questions (even the repetitive ones 😂). He is always very pleasant😇

I would leave zero stars if I could. I made a purchase and needed to return the item. After checking the return policy that they had sent with the email order confirmation, it stated that their return policy was 30 days. So I decided to email them to inquire about the process to make the return. They stated that their return policy was only 7 days PLUS they charged a 20% restocking fee. It had already been longer than 7 days, but not longer than the 30 days. After several emails back and forth they finally realized that they had 2 different policies and decided to accept my return BUT still charged me a 20% restocking fee even though it did NOT state there was a 20% fee in the policy they had sent me. They had the best selection at the best prices. Anyone can shop here. No matter your status, age, color, religion. Depending on your purchase history, relationship with the store, you can get discounts for purchasing multiples. I got a nice discount for purchasing 6 barber chairs. Ray continues to support our shop. He fixes any issues we've had, even today 3 years later, he continues to tighten and readjust our furniture.
