I’m usually never the type of person to leave a bad review, I truly try to give the benefit of the doubt. But after spending an evening here I truly am unhappy and don’t wish others to feel the same. I called ahead around 5-5:30 pm to see if I could get a soak off and full set acrylic. They said okay. When I arrived I was planning to get a very nice light pink and light yellow designed set. The whole time during the soak off, she was telling me that I did too much dip. It was acrylic I know the difference. She kept saying it was too thick and that it was crazy and all that. Okay, fair enough. These weren’t her nails and she had to take them off. Realizing somewhat that it would be difficult for me to ask for what I wanted due to her pressing certain things like gel, not regular polish,

Edited - see below. A solid mani/pedi every time I go. My mom got a hand painted colored tip with regular polish and I got a gel manicure. Both came out great. 3 months later: must have been a change of ownership because my experience today was really disappointing. Inexperienced nail shaping, left with little pointy nubs instewd of 'almond' on my natural nails that were pretty long (not anymore.) Polish is extra thick and gloopy, stuck to my cuticles and left to cure like that, and not even 24 hours the thick top coat is peeling off. I was told the girl and guy that were always there haven't been around recently but I took my chances. Nothing worse than having to stare at your nails for 2 weeks and feel sad 😖

There has been a change of ownership within the last year and the services are amazing. Its a mother daughter duo and they are absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. You leave feeling pampered and with beautiful nails. So happy I found this gem.

I’ve been here before and they have done a descent gel manicure. However, recently I visited to get acrylics and there was only one guy and I was not satisfied with the way he shaped my nails. When I tried telling him I did not like the shape or that my nails looked uneven, he would get bothered with me, and he would also say things like “oh my god...” Overall, I did not like the way my nails turned out. I also thought his reaction was unprofessional. I’m literally looking to get my nails done (again) because I am not satisfied.

They do an excellent job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to do their work perfectly. Valentine's Day nails.
