I loved the way my themselves nails turned out and I’ve gone here quite a few times over the past year or two. Today the man who did my nails hurt me at pretty much every stage of the acrylic set. I told him it hurt and he continued to tell me to relax my hands and that it was okay. He filled right along the edge of my nail repeatedly and used the electronic Tool extremely hard on my cuticles and they are still red. Additionally, i walked out polish around my fingers and on my hand. For 66.99 (before a coupon I had) I am disappointed. I’m super bummed that this was my experience today and won’t be returning back here.

I usually give second chances, not with this place. I went in for a walk in waited a reasonable time, No big deal I got sat down she asked how I was, She was kind but she definitely rushed through which caused her to get me good enough with the drill that it cut my finger good! On two fingers. She then after making me bleed took the soft buffer onto the cuticles, Seeing she got me it opened it up pretty good! Now my finger is hot to the touch and hurts pretty badly! I won't be back and 56 for a fill especially after cutting me?

Horrible experience. I was there almost 4 hours and didn’t leave satisfied. I asked for a nail design and the guy told me he could do it and couldn’t. Had to ask multiple people for help. Almost every nail is crooked, and a different shape. During application 2 nails came flying off they were so rough. They charged me for length plus I booked a full set you you’d think that was included. The designs beads came off not even 24 hours after. And he did not file off the polish all the way that I made him remove. Will not go back. Pics of what I asked for, and after several failed attempts what I left with.

I’ve been coming to this salon for six years, and they’ve never missed! Huge shoutout to Hannah, Ben, and Jolie — they’re insanely talented and always so friendly. Honestly, no matter who you see here, you’ll walk out with flawless, high-quality nails every single time.

Jake slays again!!! Elegant nails is no joke when it comes to durability, price and talent. These nails aren't going ANYWHERE till I take them off. My actual nail is more likely to lift off my bed than the acrylic. Elegant is the only salon for me, and can you blame me eith this set?!
