Elegant Nails

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I just love this place. They take the time to listen to what you like and give you what you want. As a business owner, I love their honesty and respect for the customer; when someone comes in and asks about the wait, there’s never a standard “5 minutes”, it’s always the truth, and they make it happen. I went there about a week ago and had a great experience. Amy was wonderful with me. She took the time to listen to what I want to actually look at the picture that I wanted with the color and shape and everything. Previous to coming to elegant nails, I unfortunately made the mistake of going to Royal spa nails across the street from the Santa Rosa junior College, and was helped by a person named Lou who did an absolute horrible job And Amy fixed what they screwed up she took off my entire set that was brand new from what that other place had done and restarted over fresh like I wanted her to because I didn’t want her to have to work with a crappy job already so we both decided it was best for her to takeoff the entire set which cost more and I expected that that was reasonable. The nail tech was a bit to rough when filling my nails with the file and drill, she made me bleed on three fingers, three of my nails aren’t fully covered and still exposed, and on two of them the nails are off centered. To top it off I wanted my tips gloss and the base matte, I’ve said this to the nail tech twice. Before she applied any of the stuff to my nails and before she applied the mail polish to my nails. Even after those two times she still did it the opposite way than asked if this is how I wanted them to be and to be nice I said yes because it was already to late to say no because it was all cured and everything. The price was reasonable though.

Horrible job the technician kept rushing didn’t even do what I wanted nails are not even straight glue all over the place hot mess…. Asking for a refund… do not go there every one that was there today 12/21/21 had horrible nails. No employee cared mall should shut them down.

I rank it a 0 and I normally do not write reviews but this one is well needed to warn others . First off the lady was super ,I mean super rude and very aggressive with my hands the entire time . She did not do as I wanted her to do or had asked for she did Idk what she wanted. When time to pay she charged $65 and I paid with my card that she ran 3 times then told me its not working so I checked online bank and said its there and I asked what is it saying like decline or what error code she said 'its just working and at this time I get a alert stating $65 was taken I told her this she said 'NO , NO RECEIPT Not work . And only wanted cash I paid the cash and asked for the receipt and was told no receipt and given a sticky note and thought I will just call back tomorrow and she could see the
